14 November 2019
Meet our mini cockapoo, named Stanley, who joined the school at the start of term to improve the well being of the pupils and staff. Stanley is undergoing special training to help people in the school on top of his normal dog training. Once he has passed all of his assessments, he will then be timetabled to work with specific groups of children. The puppy joined the school after a successful bid was approved by Headstart, a programme run by Blackpool Council, which aims to build the emotional resilience and well being of young people aged 10-16-years-old.
