Blackpool Gateway Academy values the abilities and achievements of all of its pupils and is committed to providing for each pupil the best possible environment for learning. We recognise the entitlement of all pupils to a broad and balanced curriculum. Our SEND policy reinforces the need for teaching that is fully inclusive. At Blackpool Gateway Academy we have an established SEND Team consisting of the SENDCo and SEND Manager. Alongside the governing body they ensure that appropraite provision is in place for all pupils with SEND.

Disabled Access is available at the main entrance of school. Disabled parking is available at the side of school, via the main staff car park, and disabled toilet facilities are available on the upper and lower level. A lift is also available.
